What is Boastcards?
It's a site where you can use one of our stock photos/postcard templates or upload your own pictures of the world. You have the ability to customize them with our extensive tools and photo graphics to create cool photo effects.
Are Boastcards like e postcards?
No, these are physical post cards.
Do I need to worry about where you can get stamps or where the local post office is?
No, we send out your post cards to the person and/or a family that you designate. No need to worry about the cost of a stamp or how to mail a post card.
How much do Boastcards cost?
The cost is 2 dollars each to anywhere in the world which includes postage and tax.
Do I need to have account to create a Boastcard?
No. Please feel free to upload a photo and play with all the editing tools. We encourage you to have some fun and try out the site.
Do I need to create an account if I'd like to place an order?
Yes. Click on "Register Here" on the home page. It will guide you through the information needed to set up your account. You will only have to fill it out once.
How do I adjust my account details?
Just go into "My Account" and click on "My Details". Change any of the fields, and click "Save".
What if I forget my password?
Type in your email address and click on "Forgot Password". The system will automatically generate a temporary password and email it to your email address on file. Once you login, the system will prompt you to change your password to a permanent password.
How do I pay for a BoastCard?
You can pay with a credit card, your PayPal account, or Boastbucks.
What are BoastBucks?
They are credits that you can purchase beforehand or at the time of checkout to pay for your order.
What is the benefit of buying Boastbucks?
Boastbucks allows you to get a discount off your purchase. The more that you purchase, the higher the discount.
Do BoastBucks have an expiration date?
No. They don't expire, and they are linked to your account.
Is there an address book associated with my account?
Yes.
Do I have to manually input my addresses into my address book?
No. If you have your addresses in a vCard file format, you can import them directly into the address book.
Do I have to upload addresses everytime I log in and purchase boastcards?
No. Once you have entered your addresses in the system, they are stored and linked to your account.
What is the 1-Click List?
They are groups that you set up from the addresses you have uploaded.
Can a person be on more than one list?
Not yet. However, when you're doing the group mailing, you can choose more than one group to send the post card to.
What is the advantage of the 1-Click List?
You can generate a group of post cards with just 1 click.
Is there a limit to the amount of addresses and/or groups that each account can have?
No. There is not. Please add as many people or groups as you would like.
Do I have to input individual addresses into the Group category for each person added?
No. If the peron's address already exists in your address book, then all you have to do is select the person that you want to add to the Group.
Can I add a person to Group that is not in my address book?
No. First you have to add the person and then you can add them to a group or groups.
If I have "My Groups" established, can I add a new person to the group when I add them to the address book?
Yes, you can. There is a drop down menu in the address entry menu with all the established groups. Just click on the group that you would like to add the person to.
Can I edit any of the address entries?
Yes. Click on "My Account" and then click on "My Addresses". Select the Person or Group you would like to edit, and change the information that you need to.
What is the "Nickname field?
The system pulls this info for the greeting of your message. For example, if the "Nickname" field says "Hey Bub", your message on the back of your post card will read "Hey Bub" followed by your personalized message.
Can I delete a person or a group from the address book?
Yes. You can delete any person or group at any time from your address book?
Can I create a new address entry or group at any time?
Yes, you can.
